Assistant Program Manager Intern

Job Summary
Work directly with the Founder/Program Lead to plan, execute, and wrap up LACI’s education and welfare outreaches.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning school visits, health outreaches, and donation drives — venues, materials, volunteer rosters
- Coordinate volunteers on program days and ensure smooth flow
- Track beneficiary attendance and distribute materials during events
- Write short post-program reports: what worked, what to improve, number of children reached
- Maintain program files: proposals, budgets, photos, approvals
Requirements
- Student/graduate of Project Management, Social Work, Public Admin, or related field
- Organized, proactive, comfortable speaking to groups
- Lives in Lagos and available for weekend programs
- Can commit 12-15 hrs/week
